FIREARMS LAW

As an attorney who regularly trains in the all three phases of an shooting incident (Pre-Incident Indicators, the Incident, and the Legal Aftermath) Kevin Kelley has extensive knowledge about revolvers, pistols, and long guns knows and the laws affecting them and has successfully defended gun owners facing criminal charges.
 
     Shooting approximately 5000-8000 rounds of ammunition a year, Attorney Kelley has over 80 hours of firearms self-defense training at the Sig Sauer Academy in Epping, New Hampshire and is a United States Concealed Carry Association’s Critical Incident Response Attorney Panel Member.
 
     Attorney Kevin Kelley is an NRA and MA State Police Certified Basic Pistol Instructor, an NRA Certified Firearms Home Safety Instructor, an NRA Certified Refuse to be a Victim Instructor, and an NRA Certified Range Safety Officer.
 
     Attorney Kelley represents clients Firearms License Review Board Appeals, in the preparation of their license applications, and appeals of license denials.
 
     Kevin is a member of the MA Gun Owner’s Action League, Comm2A, the United States Concealed Carry Association, and the National Rifle Association.
